This special Winter Harvest is concentrated & extremely thick making it chewy in its texture similar to caramel. It has a very distinct but strong aroma of sidr which is a deep, slightly warm honey smell, lacking that floral over-sweetness. The honey has been cold pressed directly from the hives and only coarse filtered.
