FREE delivery on all orders over £35!
(Please note basket amount must be £35 or over after any discount code is applied to qualify for free delivery.)

Standard tracked delivery is £3.79 for orders below £35 with a delivery timeframe of 3-5 working days (5-7 days in December)

Express next working day delivery £7.99 (24hr tracked delivery*).
*Orders must be placed before 1pm for next working day delivery, orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following weekday.

US flat rate shipping only $19.5 upto 3.5lbs!
Please add products to your basket and proceed to the checkout where the shipping cost will be worked out by weight.
Please also keep in mind the currency conversion from USD/CAD to GBP, there is a currency converter available on the website.

We will not be beaten for customer service! Same day dispatch on express orders placed before 1pm! Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends will be dispatched as soon as possible, we do advise a 3-5 working day delivery window. Please bear with us as we fill each jar and cut the honeycomb ourselves ensuring a high quality control.


We want you to be happy with your shopping and amazed by our outstanding customer service. But if you are unhappy in the slightest we would rather know about it. If you have an issue with your delivery, or to return a product or report a damaged item please contact us within 24hrs of receiving the product.

14 Day Guarantee

If you decide you don’t want any item in your order you can return it to us within 14 days in the condition in which it arrived (seals in tact) and we will issue you a full refund for the item. (Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty/damaged). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged Products

We try hard to deliver your items to you in perfect condition, this means we will use secure packaging, if you do receive any items that are damaged then we will issue a replacement product free of charge. We will ask for proof of damage as we are so confident of our secure packaging and we need to pass the feedback onto the courier company.
