Buckinghamshire Spring Honeycomb
Succulent Buckinghamshire Spring Honeycomb
This is a first, our stunning Spring honeycomb harvested in June, with just a 5 week period where the bees produce this beautiful floral honey with hints of hawthorn and horse chestnut.
The honeycomb is very very popular, and now we introduce this gorgeous honeycomb both in a jar of spring honey or in the tub. This is a first, a very limited stock due to the small batch from our beekeepers hives.
The honeycomb is completely edible, enjoy the honey from the jar then take a bite from the fresh honeycomb, chew up all the delicious honey and then choose to consume the small amount of wax or you can expel it.
The honeycomb can be eaten by itself or paired with yoghurts, cheeses, toast, crumpets etc
Uses
With its light flavour this multifloral honey is great in baking, smoothies, marinades, salad dressings and to sweeten tea or coffee.
