Ingredients
- 30g (¼ cup) fresh cranberries
- 3 Tbsp Maters & Co Pure Honey, divided
- 1 Tbsp castor sugar
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, coarsely chopped
- 57.5g (¼ cup) pure cranberry juice
- Ice
- 180ml (¾ cup) kombucha
Method
- Thread the cranberries onto 2 small skewers (or rosemary twig with leaves removed). Brush the berries with 1 tablespoon of Maters & Co Honey - light or medium, sprinkle with sugar. Set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine ginger, cranberry juice and 2 tablespoons of Maters & Co Pure Honey. Again, your choice from light or medium. Add ice. Shake for 60 seconds. Strain into martini glasses, top with kombucha.
- Garnish with cranberry skewer or sprigs of fresh rosemary.

Ingredients
- 3.8L (128 oz) unsweetened green tea, divided
- 1 x 325g jar (1 cup) Maters & Co Pure Light Honey
- 4-6 cinnamon sticks
- 4-6 whole anise stars
- 1 tsp whole cloves
- 1.5l (60 oz) pure cranberry juice
- 1kg (2 lb) dry ice (optional)
- 240g (2 cups) fresh cranberries
- In a large pot, make approx. 3.8 litres of green tea and set aside.
- Take 3 cups of the green tea with Maters & Co light honey, cinnamon sticks, anise and cloves. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring until all the honey is dissolved.
- Pour into a punch bowl.
- Add remaining green tea and cranberry juice to punch bowl. Add dry ice (or crushed ice). Garnish with cranberries.

- 285ml (1 cup) Maters & Co Raw Honey - Light or Medium
- 1.5L (50 oz) jug unsweetened, unfiltered apple juice
- 6-8 cinnamon sticks
- 26g (¼ cup) star anise (optional)
- 5cm (2-inch) piece fresh ginger, sliced
- 2 Tbsp whole cloves
- Ice
In a large pot, heat honey, apple juice and all spices together just until mixture is steaming and honey is dissolved. Allow to cool slightly.
Transfer to a large pitcher, cover with plastic wrap and allow to sit overnight. Strain and serve over ice.
If desired, garnish with thin apple slices, skewered with a bamboo cocktail skewer.
