A Fragrant Collection of Herbal Honeys

Due to ongoing demand, we have now made bundles of our beautiful honey available online! In this herbal honey collection, we have our award winning varieties of Eucalyptus, Lavender and Rosemary varieties.

Our raw award winning Eucalyptus renowned for its distinct colour, aroma, and flavour. It boasts a dark amber hue with hints of green, exuding a pronounced and persistent damp wood aroma. Its sweet taste is accompanied by subtle acidic and even menthol undertones.

Our award-winning Lavender honey is bursting with the flavour of the fragrant purple lavender. Each spoonful brings you to the sunny wild Spanish lavender fields, buzzing with bees. Great Taste Judge remarked: "This is one of those honeys which just gives and gives - gorgeous aroma, lovely texture and a long, lingering hint of lavender. The subtlety is stunning. A really worthy three star product."

And finally our raw delicate Rosemary honey which NOT infused. Whereas a lot of honeys have herbs infused for the flavour, our honey is 100% purely from the fields of Rosemary found in the Aragon mountain region of northern Spain which typically flower from December until the end of April. A pristine and protected area untouched by pollutants or chemicals, this is one of the finest honeys and the most consumed in Spain.

Uses

These honey are great for coughs and sore throats, made into a hot drink with lemon and ginger it is a powerful elixir! Also great on some toast or in some warm porridge and beautiful in a light herbal tea.
