Raw Cambridgeshire Borage Honey
A Smooth Mild Unique Floral Honey
Borage Honey, also known as starflower, has a very pleasant mild taste with hints of flora. It is one of the lightest coloured honeys available with a smooth consistency and another sell-out at the BBC Good Food show. A unique honey in its profile, texture and taste, this has also been submitted to the Guild of Fine Foods for the 2020 awards!
*BACK IN STOCK!* Due to its popularity we sold out in March, we have managed to get some more however we only have a small amount until the next harvest in August!
It is very versatile in recipes such as: cakes, cookies, dessert toppings, ice creams, warm honey teas, salads and meat glazes, this is because its light flavour does not tend to alter the taste of a dish.
Not sure about the taste? Why not purchase our beautiful 45g mini jar to sample the taste!

Best honey I have tasted . Lovely and smooth.
I bought two large jars of borage honey. One jar already gone. I think the borage honey is your best! I didn’t like the Spanish honey. But the borage, well, just lovely. I drink honey and ginger in a hot drink instead of tea or coffee.
I will be needing some more soon!
I decided to get some as a Christmas Gift for my partner, as he's already tried the Taster Set, and this was just One of his favourites. Fantastic Honey at Maters & Co, Thank you 😊 💚
I saw this advertised on Instagram and we just ran out of honey so I thought we will give this a go. We always like small batched and raw honey because they do taste better (we got some when we went away to Portugal).
The packaging from Masters & Co was lovely. We have ours with some camomile tea and it has a nice floral tone to it. We love it!
