The Strong (Winter) Honey Collection (3x 325g Jars)

A Potent Trio of High-Activity, Medicinal Honeys

Curated for those who seek the deepest flavours and maximum wellness benefits, the Strong Honey Collection brings together three of our most robust, high-potency varieties. From the misty Highlands of Scotland to the ancient oak forests of Spain, these honeys are prized for their exceptional antimicrobial and antioxidant properties.

The Collection Includes:

1. Raw Oak Honey – 2 Star Great Taste Award Winner A rare "honeydew" variety produced from the nectar released by acorns. It is exceptionally dark and thick, with deep notes of malt, dried fruit, and a hint of spice. One of the highest antioxidant honeys in the world.
2. Raw Scottish Heather Honey (Highlands, Scotland) Often called "The Manuka of the North," Scottish Heather is world-renowned for its medicinal efficacy. It has a unique, jelly-like (thixotropic) texture and a bold, smoky-floral flavour with a satisfyingly sharp finish.
3. Raw Mountain Honey – TA 15.5+ Harvested at high altitudes (500m+) from chestnut, heather, and bramble. This honey carries a stunning Total Activity rating of 15.5, scientifically proving its high antibacterial strength. It features a rich caramel foretaste with a tropical floral finish.

We began beekeeping in 2009 for the bees, so for us its not just about the honey produced — we aim to protect the environment that makes it possible.

Our sustainability efforts run through everything we do, from caring for our bees to preserving natural habitats and minimising our footprint. Every jar supports healthier ecosystems, responsible beekeeping, and a cleaner future.
