Harvested from the most pristine, pesticide-free fields, our bee pollen is a treasure trove of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and antioxidants. Each golden granule is meticulously collected by the bees and mixed with a little nectar and honey to form this potent superfood.

Referred to as a perfect food, this is one of the only foods on the planet which contains virtually all of the essential we require on a daily basis. Studies have shown this is an incredible natural product both for humans and pets!

Health Benefits:

Bee pollen is a rich source of nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and amino acids. These nutrients play a vital role in supporting energy production which is why it’s used by many pro athletes to help their athletic performance.

Here are some specific examples of how bee pollen's nutrients can contribute to the reported benefits:

  • Brain fog: Bee pollen contains choline, a B vitamin that is essential for brain function and memory. Choline helps to regulate neurotransmitters, which are chemicals that transmit signals between brain cells. This can help to improve focus, concentration, and memory.
  • Mood: Bee pollen is a source of tryptophan, an amino acid that is converted into serotonin in the brain. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that plays a role in regulating mood, sleep, and appetite. Bee pollen may help to improve mood by increasing serotonin levels.
  • Muscle Growth/Repair: Bee pollen contains readily available amino acids, it's excellent for protein synthesis because of its bioavailability. So whilst it typically contains 27% protein, it is more beneficial for muscle growth and repair than other protein sources.
  • Energy levels: Bee pollen is a source of carbohydrates, which is the body's primary energy source. It also contains protein, which is needed to build and repair muscle tissue. This combination of nutrients can help to provide sustained energy throughout the day.
  • Digestion: Bee pollen contains enzymes that help to break down food and absorb nutrients. It also contains probiotics, which are beneficial bacteria that promote gut health. This can help to improve digestion and reduce digestive problems such as bloating and constipation.
  • Menopause: A three-month study in the Pub Med journal showed that women taking bee pollen supplements experienced significantly fewer menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes and disturbed sleep.

It is a safe and natural way to enhance your health and overall well-being and can also be used for your pets (check with your veterinary consultant first).

Bee pollen may cause allergic reactions in individuals sensitive to pollen, bee stings, or other bee products. It is recommended that people with severe pollen allergies, tree nut allergies or asthma consult a healthcare professional before consuming bee pollen or other pure honey products.

Bee pollen is also not suitable during pregnancy or for individuals on blood thinning medications.

Please note we do not claim this is a cure for any ailment, please consult your medical practitioner if you have an illness and wish to incorporate bee pollen into your diet. We do not recommend taking bee pollen while on blood-thinning medications or during pregnancy.

I’m a complete beginner with bee pollen - and it’s very early days yet - but so far I’ve had no adverse reaction to it and I’m hopeful for positive benefits as my dosage increases. 👍

Unfortunately for me the taste is so bad I just can't eat it. Should have gone for a natural honey instead!
