A Fragrant Collection of Herbal Honeys

Due to ongoing demand, we have now made bundles of our beautiful honey available online! In this herbal honey collection, we have our award winning varieties of Eucalyptus, Wild Thyme and Pink Thyme varieties.

Our raw Eucalyptus honey is a beautiful tasting honey; it has a wonderful subtle fruity flavour along with a very mild eucalyptus/menthol aftertaste. Suitable for all ages as it is not overbearing in any way. This is a relatively light-tasting tree, honey. It shares some characteristics with other herbal honey, such as thyme and sage.

Our Wild Thyme honey has a wonderful herbal aromatic taste with sweet undertones of flora. Harvested from wild thyme blossom that scatters the high altitudes of the Aragon regions in Spain at over 900m, this beautiful honey awakens the taste buds and a winner with most honey lovers. This honey along with our other selection can slightly vary in taste, colour and texture from season to season!

Our raw Pink Thyme is a light and beautifully tasting herb honey with unique subtle hints of pink thyme without overpowering the taste buds. Extraordinary honey which won a coveted 3 stars at the 2020 Great Taste Awards with one of the judges commenting:

Uses

These honey are great for coughs and sore throats, made into a hot drink with lemon and ginger it is a powerful elixir! Also great on some toast or in some warm porridge and beautiful in a light herbal tea.
