Experience our first venture into infused honey, carefully crafted with premium spices in our Buckinghamshire soft set honey, tested and perfected to create an exceptional blend.

This is our first foray into infused honey - and not for the faint-hearted, our infusion is the highest currently available, most ginger turmeric varieties contain 1-2%, and we have a 5% turmeric and 3% ginger ratio making it a spicy honey.

These spices are known for their immune-boosting benefits with studies showing a decrease in inflammation markers, relief from chronic pain, reducing nausea, supporting cardiovascular health and improving immune function.

Add to hot water or milk for a health-infused drink/tea or used in sweet and savoury recipes for a unique sweet and spicy taste. Our stronger infusion means you really get to taste the spices when added to food & drink.

This honey is best kept at room/ambient temperatures, we don't advise putting it into the fridge or a cold place as it will start to harden further.

Uses

Enjoy on crumpets or pair with roasted seasonal vegetables for a delightful touch of natural spice.

    did not think it would taste of so much ginger, i thought it would be much milder but is to strong for my taste. but will be ok for others.
