New Harvest Arrival — After months of waiting, our exquisite Starflower (Borage) Honeycomb is finally back.
Collected in late August, this rare British variety is produced during a fleeting three-week bloom when the starflower fields come alive and the bees gather this delicately floral nectar.

What makes this honeycomb so loved is its remarkably thin wax—silky, tender, and almost melt-on-the-tongue. Now nestled inside a jar of its own pure borage honey, it creates a beautifully layered tasting experience: golden honey with soft vanilla notes, gentle florals, and a clean, elegant sweetness unique to starflower.

Because this is a fresh British harvest, the comb is exceptionally light, tender, and entirely edible. Its pale colour and smooth texture make it one of the most graceful honeys we offer—and one that sells out quickly at every event.

Beyond taste, starflower is traditionally valued for its natural GLA content, known for supporting skin health, easing inflammation, and offering gentle support for women’s wellness.

Spoon straight from the jar and eat both honey and comb, spread over warm toast or crumpets, pair with cheeses, or add pieces to yoghurt, porridge, or desserts for texture and sweetness. Wax is edible in small quantities, or can be expelled.
