Super 👌 Impressive Customer Service!

I ordered two bundles of three individual honeys in each, but unfortunately, only one set arrived. They knock themselves out of their presentation and naturally resorted packaging but also included a ‘reach out via email’ if any questions? So I photographed my included printed order which was sent in the first box and removed the boxes trio set from the larger packages box 📦 and layed it down besides the larger box and order and sent them back a photograph. I also mentioned, my daughter’s birthday was approaching. As I did thus after their working day, but received confirmation from the company that my missing order was on its way and it arrived the day before her birthday 🎁. Whilst, I am rearranging my kitchen, I’ve set it aside until ready. I took a peek 👀 and was pleased that I’d chosen the right company and look forwards to sampling their delights and health given properties. I chose a trio consisting of honey 🍯, pure honeycomb and a jar 🫙 of pure honey pollen. They also followed up to check that I’d received the missing set. This is why I feel they deserve 5*****!

P.S. I’ve since discovered that they are now in possession of a rare limited tester of honey from Saudis Arabia with amazing health properties and they are currently offering me this free tester worth £14, after spending a further amount of £60, but simultaneously have also offered me -10% off thus next purchase too, should I decide.

On another note, I’ve also recently ordered more chocolates by ‘BACI’, rich dark but not bitter with crusted almond pieces and a whole almond. Uniquely shaped as beehives, individually wrapped in silver foil and a total of 18. Their presentation box also had Arabic writing on and therefore I have concluded that both the BACI chocolates, as well as the Yemen 🇾🇪 Sidr pure honey 🍯 are both of exceptional quality for very discerning tastes‼️😜

Gorgeous honey

I tried the superfood raw honey bundle and I absolutely love it. The soft set honey truly does have a sort of vanilla candyfloss taste. The bee pollen has a slightly sweet earthy taste that takes a little getting used to but I'm using it for the benefits. The honey comb was a delight. Easily the best I've ever tried. I can't wait to explore the other kinds of honey and products from this company. Was such a treat.

Products are amazing. Great tasting and very beneficial with health benefits as stated. I brought a bundle. Although i got a discount offer, which im highly grateful for, in my humble opinion, too expensive for the amount your getting, high quality products though. I would recommend.
