Maters & Co Eucalyptus honey is a monofloral honey produced by honey bees that pollinate eucalyptus blossoms.

Taste:

It is renowned for its distinct colour, aroma, and flavour. It boasts a dark amber hue with hints of green, exuding a pronounced and persistent damp wood aroma. Its sweet taste is accompanied by subtle acidic and even salty undertones. Eucalyptus honey's unique characteristics also include a tendency to crystallise into fine grains.
