This is our first foray into infused honey - and not for the faint-hearted, our infusion is the highest currently available, most ginger turmeric varieties contain 1-2%, and we have a 5% turmeric and 3% ginger ratio making it a spicy honey.
These spices are known for their immune-boosting benefits with studies showing a decrease in inflammation markers, relief from chronic pain, reducing nausea, supporting cardiovascular health and improving immune function.
Add to hot water or milk for a health-infused drink/tea or used in sweet and savoury recipes for a unique sweet and spicy taste. Our stronger infusion means you really get to taste the spices when added to food & drink.
This honey is best kept at room/ambient temperatures, we don't advise putting it into the fridge or a cold place as it will start to harden further.
