A Fleeting Harvest: Raw British Honeycomb at Its Purest

Gathered during a brief three-week bloom in late August, our British Starflower (Borage) Honeycomb in Honey is one of the rarest and most sought-after delicacies we produce. When the vibrant starflower fields in Cambridgeshire burst into bloom, our bees gather a nectar so light and delicate it creates an effortlessly smooth, pale golden honey.

What sets this honeycomb apart is its exceptionally thin, silky wax. Unlike tougher, chewy honeycombs, starflower comb is tender, delicate, and almost melts on the tongue. Submerged directly inside a jar of its matching raw borage honey, every spoon offers a beautifully layered tasting experience—soft vanilla undertones, gentle florals, and a clean, refreshing finish.

Each year's harvest yields a smaller, more precious batch. The 2025 release was fully claimed by January 2026, and with current yields looking just as limited, the upcoming batch will be equally hard to come by.
