Fresh Raw Honeycomb Tub
Superfood from the hives, raw honeycomb at its finest
NEW! Scottish Heather Honeycomb available for the first time!
The most nutritious of all raw honey is honey still sealed in the wax cells of the honeycomb. Honey in its purest form (inside the cells) contains very little water. But honey, when exposed to air, has a tendency to pull water from the atmosphere. Thus ensuring honeycomb honey is packed with vitamins, enzymes, pollen and antioxidants.
It is available in four beautiful varieties, including our NEW, yet extremely rare, Scottish Heather Honeycomb. This is a rare opportunity to experience Scottish Heather in its purest, most elusive form, an incredibly scarce honeycomb that is almost never harvested due to its unique jelly-like consistency and the unpredictable nature of the Highlands.
You'll also discover (subject to availability), our beautiful Cambridgeshire Starflower (Borage) honeycomb, our Acacia variety from Hungary with a pleasant mild taste & hints of vanilla, and new - our Buckinghamshire Summer honeycomb!
Fresh raw summer honeycomb is a luxury pick for any connoisseur of honey. This succulent honeycomb harvest promises a special sensory experience, boasting subtle floral notes with the bees feeding from lime trees, clover and bramble. Harvested in July, this is as fresh as it comes.
All varieties are suitable for all members of the family due to their fresh and light flavour and only available when in season.
A common question we are asked is regarding the wax and if it can be eaten. The simple answer is yes you can! Although it can be chewy, and makes for a good, natural alternative to chewing gum. However it isn't advisable for it to be consumed in large quantities.

We began beekeeping in 2009 for the bees, so for us its not just about the honey produced — we aim to protect the environment that makes it possible.
Our sustainability efforts run through everything we do, from caring for our bees to preserving natural habitats and minimising our footprint. Every jar supports healthier ecosystems, responsible beekeeping, and a cleaner future.
