Description

Pure British Wildflower Soft Set Honey Creamy, Velvety & Harvested from the Northumberland Wilds

Gathered from a diverse tapestry of blossoms across the rolling hills of Northumberland and the Scottish borders, our Wildflower Soft Set honey is a British classic. This is 100% raw honey that has been gently spun to create a smooth, pearlescent texture that is as thick as soft fudge and melts like butter.

Why Our Soft Set Honey?

  • The "No-Drip" Spread: Unlike runny honey, our soft set stays exactly where you put it. It’s the ultimate choice for warm toast, crumpets, and fresh bread.
  • Cold-Spun Purity: We never heat our honey. We use a traditional "spinning" method to control the natural crystallization, preserving every vital enzyme and antioxidant.
  • Countryside Flavours: A mild, floral profile with a clean finish. It adds a delicate sweetness without overpowering the natural taste of your food.
  • Ethically Harvested: Produced in small batches by our heritage beekeepers in Tyne and Wear and Northumberland, ensuring the bees thrive in chemical-free landscapes.

Sensory Profile

  • Texture: Exceptionally smooth, creamy, and spreadable.
  • Taste: Subtle hints of summer meadows, vanilla, and light floral blossoms.
  • Aroma: Delicate and sweet, reminiscent of a British summer garden.

Not sure about the taste? Why not purchase our beautiful 45g mini jar to sample the taste?

Benefits / Customer Feedback

Contains trace pollens from a wide variety of wildflowers.

Retains natural enzymes and antioxidants.

A delicious alternative to processed spreads and sugars.

how to enjoy

The Morning Ritual: Perfect for spreading on sourdough or stirring into creamy porridge.

The Baker's Secret: Use it as a glaze for pastries or a natural sweetener in herbal teas.

Raw & Pure: Delicious enough to be enjoyed straight from the spoon.

Storage Tip: To maintain its perfect "fudge-like" consistency, keep this honey at room temperature. Avoid the fridge, as cold temperatures will cause it to harden.
